Greetings from Holiday Home Fresco, our home away from home. We've worked hard to furnish our house with everything you'll need for a comfortable stay. Take in the tranquil atmosphere and unwind while on vacation. We took care to make our house feel like a welcoming haven. We sincerely hope you enjoy our piece of paradise. From our family to yours,

The space

Enjoy a private space to call home while on vacation. Everything you'll need for a wonderful stay is included in this 138 square meter family-friendly property. There are two queen-sized bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully functional kitchen for foodies, a large dining and living space, a patio with a fireplace for chilly evenings, and, of course, a swimming pool for the ultimate summertime enjoyment. There is also an organic herb garden located right outside the house. On the premises, there is a private parking area where your car will also be looked after.

Smokovic has a temperate continental climate, with mild winters and warm summers. Starting in May, temperatures rise to over 20 °C and peak in July and August at an average of 28 °C. Such a mild climate is an ideal environment relaxed holiday by the pool.

During the summer, mornings tend to be calmer and less windy. However, in the afternoon, winds usually pick up, often coming from the west or northwest. This pattern is due to various meteorological factors such as temperature differences between land and sea, changes in atmospheric pressure, and the formation of thermal gradients throughout the day.

Our house is in the quiet village of Smoković, which is only 12 kilometers from the heart of Zadar, 20 km from the ancient town of Nin, and 13 km from the stunning beaches of Sukošan. Beaches, fantastic restaurants, historical sites, and much more are all just a short drive away. We are approximately 9 kilometers from the Zadar Istok exit on the A1 and 7 km from the Zadar airport, so getting here is really easy.

There is a private parking lot in front of the house. The area around the house is fenced and the front gate can be locked. Additional car shade can be provided.

Unfortunately, no pets allowed in the house.

Zadar is approximately 12 kilometers from the house, in a south-southwest direction. You should reach the city area within 10 to 15 minutes of driving.

4. Is it safe to drink tap water?

Of course, tap water is completely safe for drinking.

5. How far are the beaches around?

The beaches near Zadar offer a range of scenic options at different distances. The city beaches are about 12 kilometers away, while those in the Sukošan area are approximately 13 kilometers from Zadar. For a sandy beach experience, you can head to the Nin area, which is about 20 kilometers away.

6. How to make a reservation?
